Leaders from SP, Cong, BSP, triple talaq victim Nida joins UP BJP

In UP, former minister and SP leader Shiv Charan Prajapati, Nida Khan, a Triple Talaq victim from Bareilly and many other leaders of SP, BSP, & Congress join BJP in Lucknow on Sunday, just a few weeks ahead of crucial assembly elections.  Nida Khan is a daughter-in-law  of  Ittihad-e-Millat Council chief Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan. Nida Khan, who is herself a triple talaq victim, said, "BJP's fight against triple talaq was the turning point for supporting the party. The security given to women by the BJP government by making a law on triple talaq will be a big issue in the elections this time." "BJP worked on women empowerment for ensuring the safety of women," she added. "This is because BJP ensured the empowerment of Muslim women," she further said.

She stated that her father-in-law had come to Congress15 days ago but she always supported the BJP. She questioned her father-in-law, Taqueer Raza Khan, saying that he is the "one who could not fight for his own family" but is now talking about women's rights.  saying that he is the "one who could not fight for his own family" but is now talking about women's rights. He never supported us after we complained about the triple talaq matter.
