BJP will uproot jungle raj from West Bengal as well. The party leader and former state president Dilip Ghosh said that It is Bengal's turn now. Change is essential here.Ghosh said, "TMC is scared with the Bihar results. Why are they attacking wherever BJP workers are distributing sweets and celebrating? Let the winners celebrate...This shows that the TMC is scared." Chosh alleged that "They consider Bengal separate even from India. But that is not the case. Bihar and Bengal are all parts of India. If there is a change, it impacts everyone. The impact of Bihar will be seen in Bengal too."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised the pitch for and set the eyes on Bengal next.Addressing party workers at the BJP headquarters in Delhi on Friday Modi said,"Ganga flows through Bihar and reaches Bengal. Bihar has also paved the way for the BJP's victory in Bengal. I also congratulate the brothers and sisters of Bengal. Now, together with you, the BJP will uproot jungle raj from West Bengal as well."
The TMC responded sharply. Party spokesperson Kunal Ghosh countered Modi’s remarks, saying jungle raj is not in Bengal but in places like Hathras and Unnao. “There is no jungle raj in Bengal — that existed during the Left rule. The central government’s own reports show Bengal is doing well. Modi is speaking with a political motive. Bengal is the safest state," he said,
