Wants sab ki Congress, Not ghar ki Congress, Kapil Sibal

Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal has said that paty leaders want "Sab ki Congress, Not Ghar ki Congress", Sibal said,  it is time for the Gandhis to step aside from leadership positions and give others a chance. “The Gandhis should voluntarily move away because a body nominated by them will never tell them that they should not continue to hold the reins of power,” he added. Sibal said Rahul Gandhi is already the “de facto president” who takes all the decisions. In an interview to an English dail, Sibal added, “Some people have expressed their views that there can be no Congress without A, B or C. Obviously, they believe that ‘Sab ki Congress’ cannot survive without ‘Ghar ki Congress’. That’s the challenge.” Kapil Sibal said that several Congress leaders have a different point of view from the CWC. Meanwhile, Congress party's Lok Sabha whip Manickam Tagore today hitting out at senior leader Kapil Sibal for his remarks against the leadership and accusing him of speaking the language of the RSS and BJP.

The Congress Working Committee also rejected Mrs Gandhi's offer to make any and every sacrifice for the party, which was construed by some as an offer of Gandhi family to step aside, and reposed faith in her leadership..
