Vastu remedies for good sleep

After a long tiring day everyone wants to go home, wants to sleep peacefully. Adequate sleep is very important for good health, but too much of sleep or no sleep at all can cause illness. Getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day is considered sufficient for a healthy body and mind. At the same time, there are some people who do not get sleep at all. This not only affects their next day, but it can also have a bad effect on health. There can be many reasons for sleeplessness like anxiety, stress, some serious illness, physical pain, mental insecurity, betrayal, and worry about paying the EMI’s, person starts getting worried and cannot sleep.Insomnia is also related to Vastu Shastra:
Door planning is of great importance in Vastu, many gates bring sleeplessness, such as the gates from south middle to the southwest angle, the initial two gates from the southwest angle to the west middle. All the gates coming up to the west angle except the west direction give rise to mental disturbance and sleeplessness. All the gates coming up to the northeast, except the middle of the north, also create similar situations. Apart from this, there are many such Vastu defects that bring insomnia, such as if there is heavy construction in the east direction and if the west direction is completely empty, one may have to suffer from insomnia. Even if there is heavy construction in the north direction, if the south and west directions are without construction, then the problem of insomnia arises.
Water has great importance in our Vastu Shastra. Even if by mistake, a reservoir is created at the west angle, then one will consume the medicine of insomnia because this construction is the cause of insomnia. The sleeping place also sometimes leads to insomnia, such as sleeping in the angle of fire or the angle of the wind, one suffers from insomnia. Apart from the bedroom, one more thing is important which direction the head is facing while sleeping. Sleeping with the head in the north and the feet in the south also causes insomnia.
Common Remedies:
At night, one should eat a little less food than hunger. Due to overeating, the digestive system is unable to digest it properly and there are complaints of gas, etc., which can interfere with sleep. Both tea and coffee containing caffeinated drinks are stimulants. Consuming them at night can disrupt sleep.
Vastu Remedies:
Do not make a door in those directions where there is sleeplessness due to having a door and if there is a door then close it. Do not make heavy construction in the east and north direction and if it is present on the property and one is suffering from sleeplessness then consult Vastu Shastri. While sleeping, sleep in the south direction and keep the head in the south direction.
