Shah said, the biggest challenge before our justice system was that people had no faith in whether they would get justice, and if they did, when they would get it. He assured that once an FIR is filed anywhere in the country, within three years, justice will be delivered up to the Supreme Court. This will be ensured. He said, compared to some other countries in the world, conviction rate in our country is very low as of now. But after the implementation of the new criminal laws, the rate will be higher than that in other countries, he asserted.
