Rinku Dhawan: Salman Khan sir as a host, he is 100/10

Rinku Dhawan has been a part of various TV shows including Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and Yeh Vaada Raha. Her acting talent has always been appreciated. The actor talks about Bigg Boss and is excited to be a part of it.“Of course I am a Salman Khan fan. I have watched his films and love him. My favourite movies of his are 'Maine Pyaar Kiya' and 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi'. Bigg Boss will be the first time I'll be meeting Salman sir, and I am very excited. As a host, he is 100/10,” she says.
It has often been a topic of discussion if the actor sometimes tends to be biased on the show. “No, I don't think he is biased. I believe he is quite fair because he has to closely observe every contestant. He needs to understand things from the channel's perspective and the audiences’ perspective, so there's a lot of pressure on him. You might feel he's biased because a particular thing may not be in your favor, but if we're talking solely about the host, then the host is not biased. Salman sir doesn't favour anyone; it's just that he is straightforward, and it is what it is,” she adds.
There have been a couple of house related controversies with Salman. And he has been criticised for favouring some contestants too.Ask Rinku about it she says, “It's not my place to comment on what people think about Salman sir, you know, like favoritism or anything because I don't believe it. From what I've seen, and honestly, I've mostly watched Bigg Boss for Salman sir. I used to say, "I want to be on Bigg Boss, but only for Saturdays and Sundays when Salman sir is there." I think he is a fantastic host, and Bigg Boss wouldn't be where it is today without Salman Khan. So, a huge credit goes to him.”

Daroga Happu Singh ne batori Navaratri ke utsav mein darshakon se dher saari pyaar ki nyochavar!

Navratri is one of the most revered festivals in India, celebrated across numerous states with great fervour. In Madhya Pradesh, this festival is celebrated on a grand scale, with devotees observing a nine-day fast, paying homage to the nine different incarnations of Goddess Durga, and gathering at local dandiya grounds to play Garba and revel with their loved ones. This year, Yogesh Tripathi, known for his role as Daroga Happu Singh in &TV's Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, joined the festive celebrations in Madhya Pradesh. He visited Gwalior and fully immersed himself in the local festive spirit, even getting everyone to dance with him during Garba. Here's what the actor had to say about his experience during Navratri celebrations.
Yogesh Tripathi, famously known as Daroga Happu Singh, expressed his excitement and shared, “Gwalior has truly captured my heart with its festive magic. Last year, during Navratri, I was swept away by the vibrant energy that enveloped the city. Returning this year to join the Navratri celebration was an amazing experience. I was touched by the warmth and love they showered upon me. Seeing people flocking and dancing, doing Garba in traditional attire, brought immense joy and their infectious energy was passed on to me. I was so excited to see all of them and thoroughly immersed myself in the festive spirit. People's love for my character of Daroga Happu Singh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan was evident as many playfully spoke to me in the Bundelkhandi. Some asked, 'Kitni Nyochavar lenge aap? (laughs),' I playfully replied, 'Is baar bas pyaar ki nyochavar lenge hum.' Gwalior's rich historical ambience, coupled with the welcoming nature of its people, made my visit unforgettable. Exploring the majestic Gwalior Fort and navigating the bustling Patankar Bazaar for local handicrafts and textiles was a delight. As a food enthusiast, I savoured the sweet imartis, crispy kachoris, and Poha Jalebi. This trip will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I eagerly anticipate the day I can visit Gwalior again in all its festive splendour."
