Musk blasts Trump's insane bill, calls it a burden on taxpayers

Elon Musk, once a close Donald Trump's ally and advisor, is fiercely criticising the US president's massive One Big, Beautiful Bill again, calling it insane and a massive burden on taxpayers. Musk accused Republicans of betraying fiscal conservatives and urged the creation of a new party that "actually cares about the people." He also vowed to create a new "America Party" if the bill passes. The Senate is now engaged in a marathon vote series as Republicans attempt to pass the key piece of legislation for Trump's second term. In his latest post, he accused lawmakers of passing a bill that he says will severely harm ordinary Americans.

Musk didn't stop at criticising the bill itself. He also directly targeted prominent Republican lawmakers, including House Freedom Caucus Chairman Rep. Andy Harris. "How can you call yourself the Freedom Caucus if you vote for a DEBT SLAVERY bill with the biggest debt ceiling increase in history?" Musk asked on social media. He continued his tirade, warning that voters would hold lawmakers accountable. "Every member of Congress who campaigned on reducing government spending and then immediately voted for the biggest debt increase in history should hang their head in shame!" Musk added. "And they will lose their primary next year if it is the last thing I do on this Earth."
