Karnataka:CM Siddaramaiah keeps finance, Parameshwara gets home

In Karnataka, after the porfio allocation, chief minister Siddaramaiah kept finance, intelligence and other portfolios, while his deputy DK Shivakumar was allocated Bengaluru city development along with major and medium irrigation. HK Patil was allotted law and parliamentary affairs,Deputy CM DK Shivakumar has been assigned Bengaluru city development and major and medium irrigation. Dr.G.Parameshwara  will be the home minister.

 However, discontent brewed among many senior legislators who were denied ministerial positions in the Siddaramaiah government.
