The Associated Press declared Joe Biden the winner of a grueling campaign for the American presidency four days after elections were held in the country. “He will lead a polarized nation through a historic collision of health, economic and social crises,” AP said. Kamala Harris made history on Saturday with her election as Joe Biden's vice president, becoming the first woman, first Black American and first Asian American to win the second highest U.S. office.
