ITBP Cycling Expedition from Nathu La to Siliguri
Celebrating the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’- the 75th year of Independence and Fit India Movement, the 48th Battalion ITBP organised a 7 day cycling expedition. During the expedition, the team will conduct civic action programs including organizing medical camps and distributing medicines, plantation drives, career counseling for the youth besides other awareness drives. The flag in will be on 15th August ,2021 on the occasion of  Independence Day. It will cover 225 km distance from Siliguri to Nathu LA border in Sikkim. Troop was Flag off from Nathu La, Sikkim (14,200 feet). 
ITBP personnel, families and children at NE Frontier HQrs, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) are celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav- on occasion of forthcoming Independence day of India by being part of the biggest crowdsourced- 'Jana Gana Mana'.
