Sumit Khetan choreographed Ameya Dabli's ‘Har Kaam Desh Ke Naam’ concert

Artistic director and choreographer Sumit Khetan, who holds a Guinness World Record for choreographing 551 varmalas in just 60 seconds, along with choreographing many events for the Government of India, and even for the TV screens with shows like Bigg Boss and The Kapil Sharma Show, choreographed the Independence Day event—for the Indian Navy, Army, and Air Force. Titled Har Kaam Desh Ke Naam, this IP is designed by music maestro Ameya Dabli and the EkamSatt Foundation. The event was held at the Mulla Auditorium in Mumbai on August 17th. 
Sumit said, “Ameya Ji performed the songs live, while we directed and enhanced the performance by choreographing the acts with our dancers, props, costumes, and more". For him, it was an honor to celebrate the spirit of freedom and patriotism. He said, “I love to support such causes. I have choreographed multiple patriotic songs and have shot videos in the past as well. I have a deep sense of patriotism, and whenever it involves the Tricolor, it is an honor to contribute.” 
The event saw over 1200 members of the military forces and their families attended the gathering. Sumit Khetan Entertainment's visually stunning choreography and a 25-piece orchestra supported the musical genius of Ameya Dabli as he took to the stage. The event was supported by the Shrimati Taradevi Foundation charity. Ekam Satt Foundation aims to reach out to over 100 million individuals across India and the global Indian diaspora, promoting patriotism and mental wellness through music and outreach programs over the next 24 months.
Over the past nine years, EkamSatt Foundation has held over 161 music therapy concerts and mental wellness workshops across 65+ cantonments, benefiting 25 lakh soldiers and their families. The foundation's "Mission for Nation" initiative focuses on the mental health of armed forces personnel, offering a unique 90-120 minute musical experience designed to relieve stress and rejuvenate soldiers, incorporating India's diverse cultural heritage.

Actress Varsha Sharma, who portrays Gargi in the YouTube series Aukaat Se Zyaada on Freshh Mint, shares her excitement about being part of Yash and Mamta Patnaik’s Inspire Films production. The compelling subject of the show was a major factor in her decision to take on the role. “When the makers told me about the show, I felt the subject was something that needed to be told, and I wanted to be a part of it. The character I’m playing has a lot of layers and was fun to portray. I was told to play myself, so there wasn’t much prep work involved, but we did have a lot of script readings,” she says.
Varsha is enthusiastic about the show’s concept and the positive experience of working on the project. “It’s a fun, college-based show, but it also carries an important message and addresses a social cause. The series strikes a balance between entertainment and meaningful storytelling, which is something I really admire.” She also expresses her gratitude for the opportunity to work with Yash and Mamta Patnaik again. “It’s always exciting to work with Mamta Ma’am and Yash Sir. They launched me in my first TV show, so they hold a special place in my heart. I just want to make them proud with my work,” Varsha shares.

This distinguished recognition was presented by the Consul General of India, Sikar Reddy, in a grand ceremony commemorating India's 78th Independence Day. The AIA, a coalition of over 48 non-profit organisations across Silicon Valley, celebrated Kale’s exceptional contributions to Indian classical music and his enduring influence on global cultural platforms.
Kale, celebrated for his mastery of Indian classical music, particularly the Natya Sangeet genre, has won hearts across the world with his performances. A recipient of numerous accolades, including the National Film Award for Best Playback Singer, Kale continues to elevate the rich tradition of Indian music on the global stage. His artistic journey, marked by a commitment to cultural preservation and innovation, makes him a fitting recipient of this honour, inspiring countless artists and music enthusiasts worldwide.
Upon receiving the award, Kale expressed his surprise and gratitude, saying, “I was in a bit of disbelief because the Lifetime Achievement Award is something you receive not only after creating a significant body of work but also when you’ve established seniority in the field.
