Ghulam Nabi Azad on Monday stepped up his attack on his Gandhis and said the grand old party had issue with him since the G-23 letter was written. The veteran politician said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is an excuse, adding that he has been forced to leave his home. Talking to newsmen in Delhi on Monday, Azad said that was targetted for role in G-23. Only sycophants in Congress are targetting me. Taking a jibe at Rahul Gandhi's hug to PM Modi in Parliament, Ghulam Nabi Azad said, "It's not me who is entangled with Modi, it's him." Azad said that PM Modi is an excuse, they have had an issue with me since the G-23 letter was written. They never wanted anyone to write to them, question them... Several (Congress) meetings happened, but not even a single suggestion was taken, he claimed. Azad said Sonia Gandhi was aware of what her son was doing but was completely dependent on him. All mothers are like that.The have a weakness for their children, he said. Azad said that Congress party is sinking day-by-day. Congress has illiterate people. especially those sitting for clerical work. .
