Spinners Zampa and Ashton Agar gave away just 86 runs and picked up 6 wickets between them, proving to be the difference between the two sides. India were bundled out for 248 in 49.1 overs. David Warner, who returned to the side for the final ODI, batted in the middle-order for only the second time in ODIs. He came out and looked impressive but another lose shot cost Australia. The visitors had recovered from Hardik Pandya's rapid wickets but Warner played against the spin to Kuldeep Yadav as Hardik Pandya completed an easy catch.
