Sleeping is such a process, which common people have not yet understood properly. Even while awake, one gets sleep for some time, and while sleeping also for some time man starts waking up.That is, what happens, it is not understood exactly. Often people ask every day, tell that they do not sleep properly at night, or different types of dreams keep coming in sleep, sometimes after sleeping for some time the sleep is broken.
Indian sages- Maharishis have done a lot of research on this. When sleep comes, the sense of I and we disappears, and only bliss is experienced.Therefore it is proved that the spirit, which is the form, is Anandamaya, that is, the soul is true. Because we are in sleep. What is the reason that when we wake up, the only thing that comes out of our mouth is that we had a good night's sleep. Now it comes to who we are who we slept with. We had slept, who we are, when this feeling comes, that is, we slept and we woke up. In fact the mind should be stopped while sleeping.That means it should be locked.In deep sleep, without dreaming, a person remains absorbed in his self, that is, in his original form. Why does he come back, why does sleep break, because his ignorance remains.
So he wakes up. Why does it happen after waking up from a deep sleep that a person tells that he is very relaxed. In fact, when this state becomes deep sleep and without dreams, then this is the time when the person remains absorbed in the Supreme Being.ie,Cosmic energy completely maintains its harmony with the person concerned.
Sleep disturbance or irregularity while sleeping is the biggest problem for human beings. Every person has his own sleeping habit.If a person sleeps in the last part of the night, then the fatigue does not disappear. But if he sleeps in the first part of the night, then his energy is maintained well and he feels stress free just by looking at it. Nowadays people stay awake till late night due to some reason or the other. Due to not getting enough sleep on time, they are prone to irritability and stress.
We are not able to walk fully with nature. We get the required energy from the sun but we are getting extra energy by staying in the light even at night. This is also a cause of stress. Or while working in a closed room throughout the day, they are deprived of the energy of the sun and are unable to get enough sleep at the right time.The state which is formed by mixing both sleep and wakefulness is called meditation, and the defect which remains in these two is called dream.
This is a very old question that how to get deep sleep, even in the Vedas, the sages have prayed, O God, take away my bad dreams. It is also said in Vishnu Sahasranama that ..that virtuous form is going to destroy our bad dreams.The Upanishads say that as a small child or a great sage sleeps after reaching the climax of bliss, absolutely restless without dreaming, and in deep sleep this should happen to everyone. So now you decide for yourself what kind of sleep you want to take. which is right for you.
