In early sign of dissent, Democratic Rep. Al Green has been removed from House chamber after disrupting President Donald Trump's address to Congress. House Speaker Mike Johnson instructed the House Sergeant of Arms to remove Green, who exited shortly. Green shouted, "He has no mandate."
