All-party parliamentary delegations on Friday met leaders and diplomats from several countries to galvanize international action against terrorists and decisively counter the tactics of those who perpetrate, support and sponsor cross-border terror activities against India. In Bogota, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, leading an all-party delegation, elaborated India's position on terrorism and voiced his disappointment over Colombia offering condolences for the loss of lives in Pakistan following Indian strikes in response to the Pahalgam terror attack. Tharoor "reaffirmed India's stance on terrorism and expressed disappointment over Colombia's response which has offered condolences for the loss of lives in Pakistan, rather than sympathizing with the victims of terrorism in India," said BJP MP Tejasvi Surya, who is part of the nine-member delegation.

The all-party delegation led by BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad which is currently on a visit to Denmark met Christian Friis Bach, Chairperson of Danish Parliament’s Foreign Policy Committee, and Danish MP Trine Pertou Mach on Friday. After the meeting MP Ravishankar Prasad said that Denmark understood the problem of terrorism and conveyed their views about it. He said that Denmark was the first country to convey solidarity with India. Prasad added that Denmark understand India’s position against terrorism. The delegation was also taken on a tour of the Danish Parliament by Deputy Speaker and Member of the Praesidium Lars-Christian Brask.
Another all-party delegation led by DMK MP Kanimozhi which is currently on a visit to Latvia paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at his bust installed in the National Library in Riga. The group of 6 met State Secretary of the Republic of Latvia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the ambassador of special tasks of the Secretariat of the Candidate of Latvia to the UN Security Council, as well as being the Permanent Representative of Latvia to the UN. Meanwhile, An all-party delegation led by BJP MP Baijayant Panda and NCP-SCP MP Supriya Sule has reached Algeria and Ethiopia, respectively.
