Tanuj Virwani raises excitement with his upcoming project 'Murshid'

Tanuj Virwani is one man in the Indian entertainment industry who's always on the 'go'. Be it busy schedules or unfortunate mishaps, there's literally nothing that can get the better of his indomitable spirit and courage and no wonder, he's enjoying the kind of success and love that he is today in the entertainment industry. The last few months have been mixed and quite interesting for Tanuj both professionally and personally. Post the success of his last film 'Yodha' and his on-screen successful debut as the host of ‘Splitsvilla', celebrations were galore at the Virwani family since he got married to his wonderful wife Tanya Jacob Virwani. Post that, we loved the adorable 'lovey-dovey' snaps of the couple on social media. Right now, the couple are expecting their first child and while there's a lot to be happy about this matter, things slightly took a backseat when he unfortunately injured himself while playing cricket.
The good news however is that he's on his road to recovery as he slowly and steadily gets all set and charged up to hustle and work harder than ever before while simultaneously expecting his first child. Amidst all this and after his successful season of Splitsvilla, there's been an element of curiosity about his next project. Well, much to the delight of one and all, the 'cat is finally out of the bag'. Tanuj is all set to play a special and pivotal role in his upcoming project that's set to stream on ZEE5 from August 30th titled 'Murshid'. The poster of the project was already out and it's created a massive hysteria already, much to the delight of his fans. While the poster and the caption does give the hint of an interesting cop-gangster thriller drama, not much is known about the project and Tanuj's role. On being asked more about the same, Tanuj shares and we quote,
"Well, right now, only the poster is out and hence, it's a little too early for me to talk about anything more about my role. But yes, the whole experience has been a learning curve for me because you got someone of the stature of Kay Kay Menon in it. He's one of the finest actors in the country and to be able to share screen space and lock horns with him in a massive project like this is incredibly special for me as an actor. I can promise you that 'Murshid' is going to be a gripping tale where you will love the suspense and the unpredictability and most importantly, my role is very special here. I can't wait to talk more on this once the project is out. Looking forward to all the love and affection as always."

Geetanjali Mishra is happy about getting holiday on Raksha Bandhan

Geetanjali Mishra, who plays Rajesh in Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli’s Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, says she has never celebrated Raksha Bandhan on the set of her shows, and feels that the special or festive sequences put a lot of pressure on the production house. She said, “I have never celebrated Raksha Bandhan on the set. Nowadays, every show celebrates each and every festival, not only festivals but also Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Brother’s Day, etc.”
“Honestly speaking, I don’t enjoy it much because during the shooting, the celebration is a task for the production, the directors, and, actors. There is a pressure of looking different, making different, and presenting different, so I don’t enjoy that,” she added. Generally, she shoots half a day on Raksha Bandhan and takes the rest of the day off, but this time she has a holiday on the festival.
