Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif test positive for Covid

Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif tested positive for Covid-19, reports said on Sunday. Kartik Aaryan confirmed on Saturday that had tested positive for the virus. Aditya Roy Kapur is also reported to have tested positive.  Katrina  had in April 2021 announced that she tested positive. Katrina reportedly skipped the IIFA 2022 ceremony on Saturday.  Katrina has completed her quarantine period. The news of Shah Rukh and Katrina testing positive for the virus, comes a day after actor Kartik Aaryan confirmed he had Covid. 
Several bollywood actors have tested positive for the virus in recent times, even as Maharashtra is witnessing a sharp rise in infections. Mumbai on Sunday reported over 1,400 Covid-19 cases and Mumbai (961 new cases) accounted for almost 60 per cent of the state's total cases. BMC has reportedly issued fresh instructions for film studios located in the city. Studios are now instructed to not organise parties and give BMC an intimation in case any events are hosted.
