Jacqueline allowed to leave Mumbai airport after brief detention

According to mrdia repotrs Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez was allowed to leave the Mumbai airport after she was briefly detained at the airport over a Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating. According to reports, Chandrashekhar revealed during the interrogation that he had gifted a horse worth Rs 52 lakh and a Persian cat worth Rs 9 lakh to Fernandez.A lookout circular is issued against a suspect or accused by law enforcement agencies or investigators based on which they are not allowed to leave the country by air or road or water ways. Sukesh and Jacqueline have been talking to each other since January 2021. Sukesh used to speak to Jacqueline over his mobile phone even while he was in jail. Sukesh allegedly spent around Rs 8 crore for his air travel in private jets when he was on bail. He also sent money to Jacqueline Fernandez's siblings. Investigation into alleged proceeds of crime reaching the Bollywood actor from Sukesh is still on, and the actor is to be questioned again.
