It's about your take on life and how you see it. So, during those downtime periods, it's essential to comprehend life, observe people, and become as non-judgmental as possible. I think the off period is meant to make you more spiritually aware, and you can use what you observe in this world to capture it on camera when you get the chance.”
His love for acting drives him to work his best every day, he says. “Honestly, I love acting so much that I can't imagine doing anything else. Right now, I'm fully immersed in this passion. Perhaps, five years from now, I don't know how my thoughts will evolve, but at the moment, I can't envision myself pursuing anything else. When I'm working, I'm fully dedicated, and when I'm not working, I'm constantly researching, reading, and practicing. I invest my time in everything I can to learn about acting because I genuinely view it as a subject, and I aspire to become an expert in it. It's akin to being a scientist; if you want to be a great scientist, you keep studying, understanding your craft, and delving into the theory. Right now, that's what keeps me busy,” he adds.
However, the struggle here is immense, says the actor, adding, “People assume that the struggle is less for successful stars. However, achieving success is not only about reaching a certain level but also about how you perceive it. If someone becomes successful without much struggle, that's fantastic. It works for them, and there's nothing to feel bad about. If they are successful, happy, humble, and have humility, that's wonderful. Not everyone has to go through a struggle; some people just make it, and that's okay. It's not everyone's journey to land and become successful in just one day, right? But if it happens, that's great, luck is on their side. Enjoy it, have a blast, and don't worry about what others say. If I had become successful in just six months after coming to Bombay, I would have enjoyed it. It doesn't make me a villain, right? So, it's okay if you can achieve success quickly. Everyone has their own story—some face rejection and some have good months, leading to success. That's the beauty of it. You don't know when success will come to you—today, tomorrow, this year, or maybe next year. It's nice, right? Stories of instant success tell us that success can come at any time, and I see it positively. Success also involves sustaining and maintaining it. It takes intelligence, commitment, and understanding. If you genuinely love what you do, you'll do it without any hassles. If you love your job, the effort doesn't feel like a burden. If you're motivated by love for success, it becomes easy. On the other hand, if you're motivated by fear of losing and competing with others, it can lead to anxiety, depression, and sadness.
