Amit Shah- secret of his good health, how he controlled diabetes

How Amit Shah maintains his health and remains fit and energetic throughout the day. He is above 60, weighs more than 90 kg and has a history of chronic diseases including diabetes. Remember that Amit Shah is India's Home Minister, also Cooperative Minister, and is the second most active and powerful political leader in his party, the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP). He credits his good health to the discipline he has been maintaining since 2020. The four pillars of his health are right food, right quantity of water, good amount of sleep, and exercise.
