On the second day of the national executive meet in Hyderabad, BJP on Sunday unanimously passed the political resolution, moved by home minister Amit Shah. Proposing the political resolution, Amit Shah said the BJP will end family rule in states like Telangana and West Bengal and also come to power in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Odisha among others. He said that Congress is suffering from Modi fobia and that is the reason party opposing all decision of the fovernment. The Home Minister claimed that the Congress has become a party of one family - the Gandhis, with many of its members fighting for democracy within. The Gandhi family is not letting internal organisational elections happen because it fears losing its control of the party, he said.
Addressing a press conference senior BJP leader and Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma said that Amit Shah said that external and internal security of the country has strengthened under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. Shah said, there has been a vast improvement in the defense sector. By removing Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir has been made an integral part of India. Union Minister and senior party leader Dharmendra Pradhan informedthe leaders also appreciated the new ‘Agnipath' scheme, which allows the youths to serve in the regular cadre of the Armed Forces for a period of four years, and the Government’s announcement of providing 10 lakh jobs in the next 18 months.
