Bureaucracy in Madhya Pradesh, located in the heart of India, is passing in an uneasy mode. Reason is said to be a complaint by an IAS officer against a fellow officer who is holding a constitutional post in the state. According to information R B Prajapati, IAS officer and Commissioner of Shehdol Division has written an official letter on September 19, 2019 to the Personal Secretary, Pers, GAD , MP Govt, Bhopal, against Raj Kumar Mathur, IAS and presently Information Commissioner. The letter says that Mathur has committed a serious irregularities in a land conversion case , when he was Collector , Vidisha in 2005. Prajapati charge that Mathur had passed an order on October 27, 2005 of a Lake in Gyaraspur area in Vidisha district which was against the land revenue act of MP. He has urged the govt that since Mathur has violated the govt rule and act against it therefore he should be removed from the post of Information Commissioner(IC), which is a constitutional post. Will Mathur step down or the state govt sack him?
