The employees of the government of West Bengal would get the much-anticipated 7th Pay Commission if the BJP is voted to power in the upcoming Assembly election in West Bengal. Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah assured the state government employees in his Parivartan Yatra rally on Monday in South 24 Parganas. Amit Shah said the Mamata Banerjee-led government in West Bengal is ignoring the Supreme Court verdict of paying outstanding Dearness allowance to the state government employees. He said the Bharatiya Janata Party BJP would fulfil the aspirations of the government employees in Bengal within 45 days if it is voted to power.

Amit Shah declared that all the vacant and cancelled posts under the government of West Bengal would be filled by December this year. He said unemployment could only be addressed by real jobs, not temporary relief. He said Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has failed to address the unemployment.
