US Ambassador to India Eric Garcetti on Saturday visited a Durga Puja pandal in Delhi’s Chittaranjan Park (CR Park).During his pandal visit, Garcetti tried some jhalmuri, a street snack made up of puffed rice and spices. Then, he went on to try some biryani, followed by puri and fish. He ended his meal with some Bengali sweets.The US envoy also performed Dhunuchi naach.

Dhunuchi naach is a dance dedicated to Goddess Durga. The Dhunuchi dance is an integral part of Durga Puja. It involves dancing with dhunuchi, which is a clay incense burner used during arti.
