UP Polls:Congress nominates Asish Shukla from Amethi

Congress released names of its candidates for 5th,6th and 7th phases of election. The list contai 28 names. Ashish Shukla will be party nominee from Amethi. He was associated with BJP and close associate of Dr Sanjay Singh.Yogesh Yadav will face Raja Bhaiya from Kunda seat. 10 women candidates are included in this list. The party has also replaced few candidates announced in earlier released nominees. Ms Santosh Kumari will be party candidate from Manakapur in place of Ms Kamala Sisodiya. Similarly Ram Pratap Singh will contest from Gaura in place of  Satendra Dubey.
This time Congress is fighting assembly election alone.
