BJP has renominated it's sitting MLA and Yogi Government Minister Anand Prakash Shukla from Bairia seat in Ballia. He has been shifted from Ballia sadar to accomodate Daya Shankar Singh. Surendra Singh sitting MLA has been denied from the seat.Anurag Singh Son of senior party leader Om Prakash Singh will contest from his traditional seat Chunar. Harsh Vajpayee has been renominated from Allahabad North. Engineer turned politician Tribhuvan Ram will be party' nominee from Ajagara seat. He was elected to state assembly as BSP candidate. BJP on Sunday released its list of 45 candidates. The party also fielding Sanjay Sinh from Amethi.

The saffron party has fielded Manish Jaiswal from Padrauna in Kushinagar district.Jaiswal was the Congress candidate from the seat. Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan's son Ramvilas Chauhan has been fielded by the saffron party from Madhuban in Mau district.
The BJP has fielded Alka Rai from Muhammadabad and state minister Sangeeta Balwant Bind from the Ghazipur Assembly constituency in Ghazipur district. State minister Anil Rajbhar has been nominated from Shivpur in Varanasi, while Neelkanth Tiwari and Ravindra Jaiswal have been given tickets from the Varanasi South and Varanasi North constituencies respectively.
