The 26-member Opposition bloc INDIA began its third meeting in Mumbai, carrying forward the process of laying a broader roadmap against the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) at the Centre.At the two-day conclave beginning on Thursday, the leaders of the bloc would center on the battle plan for the next general elections and a seat-sharing formula.As per information, 63 representatives from 28 political parties are attending the meeting of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA).

While the first meeting of the Opposition bloc was convened by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the third meeting is being organised by the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), the Opposition alliance in Maharashtra comprising the Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT) and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) faction led by Sharad Pawar.At the third meeting, many new developments are expected to take place, including its potential expansion, as indicated by Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar; a discussion on seat sharing strategy, unveiling the group's new common logo among other agendas.
