Binaiferr’s creative vision and knack for delivering engaging, entertaining content have solidified her reputation as a leading producer in the realm of comedy and family drama. Her work continues to captivate audiences and contribute significantly to the landscape of Indian television.
When asked about the importance of evolution in the industry and how she keeps herself updated, Binaiferr emphasized the need for continuous growth and adaptation. She said, "We are one of the oldest production houses and producers. We started with Zee, which was the first private channel. We always keep evolving, and we must keep evolving, especially in this industry, because we can't get stuck with outdated ideas," she explained. "Of course, the value system and character traits taught by our parents remain constant, but we can't be outdated in our ideas. We are highly creative, we don't become monotonous, and we are always inspired to do something better and fun. Working to get new ideas is like painting on a blank canvas. I love doing my job, and so does Sanjay. Anyone who is highly creative and enjoys their job will create new things."
Binaiferr highlighted the importance of being surrounded by creative individuals. "Being surrounded by equally creative people, whom we always respect and value, helps us tremendously. We have great respect for all the highly creative people in the industry. When you are surrounded by creative individuals and you yourself are creative, like Sanjay Kohli, who is known as the king of comedy, you are going to create a masterpiece."
Binaiferr also opened up about her role as a mother and how she has managed to balance her family life with a thriving career. Her children, now grown up, have been a source of inspiration and support. "My kids give me a lot of good advice. I always tell them to follow their passion. As my kids keep growing older, I also keep growing older," she said with a smile. "As a working woman, I had excellent help from my mother, my sister, my mother-in-law, and my housekeeper Shanti, who has been with us for many years. I have been a very hands-on mother. Whether it’s sending my children to parties, where I would always supervise and see what’s happening before leaving them, or overseeing their studies, my children have repaid me by excelling in school and college, being named Student of the Year, and winning college awards."
