This is the great mantra of Shri Durga Saptashloki Stotra, which was recited by Rishi Narayan. Unscripted verse. The deities are Sri Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswati. One must recite this mantra for the happiness of Sri Jagadamba.
O Devi, she is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who controls even the mind of the wise. It pulls them forcefully and confuses them with great illusory energy. By remembering in the stronghold, you remove fear and by remembering one gets healthy, you give them a very good heart.
O remover of poverty, suffering and fear, who is there other than you, whose heart is always compassionate, who does good to all?
