Actress Sherleen Dutt, who will soon be seen in films, strongly criticises Bigg Boss OTT 3 participants Armaan Malik And His Wives Kritika And Payal. Just a few days ago, actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee also shared her thoughts on her social media timeline. Sherleen says, "Devoleena already shared about Armaan and his two wives on Bigg Boss OTT, I completely agree with her. After enduring so much, including the end of practices like triple talaq and multiple marriages in various religions, it's disappointing to see these things still happening in our society. Who can we blame for this? The second thing is that Bigg Boss OTT is watched by almost every age group. I also saw a viral video of Armaan saying, "See the benefits of having two wives." What kind of message is that? If a woman says, "See the benefits of having two husbands," people would totally judge her on that. I think this kind of content influences the new generation, making them believe that having extramarital affairs and multiple spouses is acceptable. It negatively impacts our Indian culture, where such practices are not traditionally accepted. In our culture, when we bring a girl into our home, we consider her the Laxmi of the house. If you can't respect one woman and bring in another, it's completely wrong.”
She also adds, "Armaan had started making videos on TikTok, but after TikTok was banned, they moved to Instagram. I don't know who follows them or watches their videos, who likes and comments on their posts, or who made them famous. Whether people are engaging with them negatively or positively, I don't know. But generally, in our families, we can't watch or support such people. And a show like Bigg Boss on a reputed platform is endorsing this... it's beyond my understanding why they would do this. Being entertained in the wrong format is never a great feeling.”

It feels like a personal victory: Hina Bajpai on Dahej Daasi completing 100 episodes

Hina Bajpai, who is seen as Rashi in Ravindra Gautam and Raghuvir Shekhawat’s Dahej Daasi, which is produced under their banner Do Dooni 4 Films, is happy that the show has completed 100 episodes.She said, “It feels like a personal victory. I didn't even realize when we went from episode 1 to episode 100. This is indeed a personal win, but it's also a victory for our Dahej Daasi family as well. I am very, very excited for my journey ahead, and I just hope that our show continues for years and years, and that we keep entertaining all of you in the same way.”
For her, every moment, every scene, and every day is memorable because she gets to act. She added, “What more does an actor need than the chance to showcase their craft? So yes, every moment for me is memorable.” Hina further shared that the biggest challenge for her is her character Rashi, as she is totally opposite to her in real life, but she loves it. She said, “Rashi is very simple and timid, while I am bubbly and always joking around. It's definitely a challenge, but I really enjoy playing such roles, so I love that challenge.” 
She believes that the key to the show’s success is the dedication of the team and the love from the audience. She said, "Firstly, the love that the audience has showered upon us, and of course, the unique storyline of our show. Our entire team, including our producers Ravindra Gautam sir and Raghuvir Shekhawat sir, our director sir, and our cast, are all very dedicated. Everyone works very hard.” 
She also credits the positive ambiance on the set and says it feels like home. “It feels like I'm going to my second home every day because everyone here has become like family. We have a great time together, constantly joking and playing pranks on each other. So yes, our set has a very happy, vibrant, and positive atmosphere,” she said.Message to your fans? “I just want to say thank you so much for showering us with so much love and for liking us so much. Sheela Sharma, who is seen as Paree in Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah’s Studio LSD’s Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, says her career has been just the way she wanted. She said, “My career journey so far has been as I envisioned it.” “At times it has been satisfactory, while other times I felt that something more should have happened. You always feel that something better could have happened,” she added. Sheela also believes that the passion within should never die. “You need to be ambitious and have the drive within you to reach your goals. Never give up, keep fighting, and move forward. Life has been a challenge for me, and the motivation must come from within. No one else will motivate you; it's your life, and you must work for yourself. The drive must be within you,” she said.
She also grabs an opportunity as it comes. She feels that because of the unpredictable nature of the profession, one should never let go of any opportunity that comes their way.“Everything is uncertain in our field, and nothing is predictable. Sometimes we don't know our scenes, and sometimes the script changes at the last minute. When an opportunity arises, grab it. I never miss opportunities and give my best shot. If you feel something is right for you and your heart tells you to go for it, choose that. Trust your instincts and listen to your soul. I believe whatever happens is for the good, and I trust God. I'm religious and pray daily,” she said.
She also agrees that the environment on the set impacts an actor’s performance, and says, “Of course, the environment on the set must be good. This is where you need to perform, give your best, and be presentable. You must gel with your co-actors, respond to crew members, and be motivated to deliver your best performance without getting carried away.”
“Everyone is different, so stay mentally prepared, keep your cool, and be jovial. On the set of Radha Mohan, everyone is sweet and positive, and we look forward to working together. We vibe well, crack jokes, and sometimes sing together, making us happy. The feeling of satisfaction within you reflects on your performance,” Sheela ended.

Ishaan Singh Manhas: entourage culture can be a double-edged sword

Actor Ishaan Singh Manhas, who was last seen in the web series Raisinghani vs Raisinghani, says that while having an entourage to take care of logistics can help you, it may also disrupt the atmosphere on the set. Hence, he says a balance is a must. “The entourage culture can be a double-edged sword. On one hand, having a team to support you, including assistants, hair and makeup artists, and social media managers, can increase your productivity. It also allows us to focus more on our performances without worrying about the logistics. However, I understand the concerns about fairness and the additional costs it may incur. It's important to strike a balance where the needs of the production are met while respecting the budget constraints and the working environment for everyone involved,” he says.
Some actors have social media managers as well, he says, adding, and that is essential today. “Social media has become an integral part of our industry, and it plays a significant role in promoting projects and connecting with fans. Having someone dedicated to creating content like reels can certainly do wonders for your presence online and engage with our audience in a meaningful way. However, like any tool, it's essential to use it responsibly and in moderation. Finding the right balance between promoting our work and maintaining authenticity is crucial,” he says.
Talking about himself, he says, “I don’t like bringing any assistants on set. It’s been almost a decade in this industry and I prefer doing my makeup and hair styling on my own because I know exactly what suits my face and hair.” The actor adds, “It's true that having a large entourage can sometimes disrupt the set's atmosphere, especially if it's not managed properly. As actors, we all have different preferences and needs regarding our personal space and privacy. It's crucial to respect each other's boundaries and maintain a harmonious working environment for everyone. I believe in keeping a balance between having the necessary support and ensuring that it doesn't overshadow the collaborative spirit and professionalism on set. Clear communication and mutual respect among all team members are key to creating a positive and productive atmosphere for everyone involved in the production.”
