Amidst expectation of relaxing some of the restrictions during Unlock 4 by the centre , Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has released the upcoming Unlock 4.0 Guidline.
The fourth phase of unlock will end in the state on 30 September . Soren appealed to all the people to strictly follow the government rules and must use the mask when they move out from home . In a statement issued in state capital Ranchi the Chief Minister urged the people to Keep distance among themselves, but keep the hearts connected.
No special exemption has been given in the new guidelines but for the first time, Cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, religious and political events are not allowed during Unlock 4.
Efforts were being made to open private and government schools but the government has made it clear that the ban will continue . Schools, colleges, gyms, swimming pools, cinema halls, melas, religious rituals, big sporting events, cultural organizers, mass congregations, other educational institutions will remain closed during unlock 4.
Meanwhile parks, bars, theaters, auditoriums, assembly halls and similar institutions will also remain closed . The operation of inter state transport i.e. bus etc. will remain closed . Religious institutions will continue to be closed for the common people .
Corona menace continues in Jharkhand as more than 35,000 coronavirus cases have been detected so far as the deadly virus has claimed 389 lives in the state. Till now, three ministers, six legislators and two former ministers have been found positive.
The national recovery rate is 75.27 per cent while in Jharkhand it is 67.60 per cent . The mortality rate in country is 1.85 per cent and in Jharkhand it is 1.07 per cent.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his wife Kalpana Soren have undergone corona tests thrice, but they have tested negative. But Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) president Shibu Soren, the father of the Chief Minister, and his wife Rupi Soren have been found coronavirus positive. Shibu Soren was on Tuesday shifted to New Delhi for treatment.
