Parts of Australia facing severe heatwave conditions

Australia is facing unusual heatwave.Parts of Australia, including Sydney, experienced its hottest November night on record as temperature reached 30 degree celsius. The daytime temperature touched 40 degree Celsius on Sunday. The heat has prompted the New South Wales Fire Service to issue a total fire ban for most of the eastern and northeastern parts of the state. The Bureau of Meteorology has predicted a five or six-day heatwave for parts of northern New South Wales and southeast Queensland.
