Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have quit social media and have "no plans" to return. As working Royals, Meghan and Harry as The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on Instagram, garnered over 10 million followers. In June 2020, Harry, in an editorial for American magazine Fast Company, censured "online platforms that have contributed to, stoked, and created the conditions for a crisis of hate, a crisis of health, and a crisis of truth." Meghan and Harry shared a post on Instagram last in March 2020 in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Their last post on Instagram, on March 30, 2020, was a thank you note to the community, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry married in 2018. Their son Archie was born in May 2019. The couple stepped down as senior members of the Royal family in January 2020.
