Let us introduce a YouTube channel, aptly named Kitna Sach Kitna Jhooth. It gives well-researched and unbiased information and tips on health-related topics and exposes wrong health claims appearing in the media and social media.This video talks about health benefits of radish, or  muli khane ke fayde in Hindi.At the same time, there are some risks (mooli khane ke nuksan) such as disturbed blood sugar levels and thyroid functions. These can be very serious if not taken into consideration. 
In Hindi, the channel is run by lifelong social communicator, Manoj Pandey. He has served as CEO of the Rajya Sabha Television (now Sansad TV) and worked as a media advisor to many ministries of the central government. He has written books on social media, the Indian constitution, the UN, and facilities for the common man.

Till now, the channel has examined claims and counter-claims relating to bread, salts, edible oils, RO water purifiers, cough syrups, soaps, common herbs, and 5G radiation.
