Gandhi family not guardian of Indian democracy but a threat to it: BJP

The BJP on Saturday attacked the Congress, alleging that the Gandhi family is not the guardian of Indian democracy but a threat to it. BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari also alleged that the Congress's sole objective is to bring back the "Gandhi-Vadra family" to power at the Centre. "For Congress: Parivarwad First, Parivarwad Only," Bhandari said in a post on X.Bhandari alleged the Congress has openly admitted that its battle is "solely" about bringing the Gandhi family back to power,posting a video of Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy purportedly exhorting people to
stand with "Gandhi parivaar to defeat the Sangh Parivaar".

Congress has now openly admitted that, for them, the fight is to get “Gandhi family” in power.

The truth is out in the open.

This has nothing to do with "Vote Chori", Election Commission, the Constitution or democracy.

The BJP spokesperson claimed that India has already suffered the consequences of the "Gandhi-Vadra family's rule". "The Emergency was imposed. The horrific anti-Sikh riots of 1984 took place. India failed to give a decisive military response to Pakistan after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. India surrendered an opportunity to become a permanent member of the UN Security Council. India was pushed into the infamous 'Fragile Five' economies. Nearly 60 per cent of Indians were left struggling in poverty," Bhandari said."The Congress has nothing to do with 'Vote Chori', the Election Commission, the Constitution or democracy. The Congress's only objective is to restore the Gandhi-Vadra family to power," the BJP spokesperson added.
