Devotees offer 'Usha Arghya' on last day of Chhath Puja

Chhath Puja celebrated with religious fervour across the country. The four day parve ended after Devotees offer 'Usha Arghya' to the rising sun on the last day of Chhath Puja on Tuesday morning. Chhath Puja is not just a ritual, but a symbol of faith, discipline and gratitude toward nature. In Bihar, people gathered in large numbers near Ganga and other reiver. In Patna, people flocked to the Patna Collectorate Ghat in Bihar to prepare for the "Usha Arghya." The devotees carefully placed offerings, including flowers and fruits, in various locations at the ghat. Security personnel were present to ensure the smooth conduct of the "Usha Arghya.

In Tamil Nadu, lakhs of People gathered at the Thiruchendur Murugan Temple and performed the Surasamharam as part of the annual Skanda Sashti festival at Thiruchendur, Thoothukudi on Tuesday.
