Goddess Brahmacharini is worshiped on the second day of Chaitra Navratri. She is called the goddess of restraint. By worshiping on the second day of Navratri, the seeker attains penance, renunciation, renunciation, morality and restraint. Mother Brahmacharini has Akshamala in her right hand and Kamandal in her left hand.
Why was it named Brahmacharini?
According to the scriptures, it is believed that Mother Durga was born as Parvati, the daughter of Parvatraj, and at the behest of Narada, Parvati performed rigorous penance to get Shiva as her husband. After performing penance for thousands of years, she was named Tapascharini or Brahmacharini. This penance is worshiped as a symbol on the second day of Navratri.

This mantra should be chanted at least one rosary, i.e. 108 times.This will ensure victory in various tasks.While worshiping Goddess Brahmacharini, meditate on the Goddess by holding a red flower in your hands. Chant mantras while praying with folded hands.

Dhval Parishana Brahmarupa Pushpalankar Bhushitam ॥
Param Vandana Pallavaradharan Kant Cupola Peen.
Payodharam Kamaniya Lavanyam Smermukhi Nimna Nabhi Nitambanim ॥

Bathe the Goddess with Panchamrit, offer different types of flowers, Akshat, Kumkum, Sindoor, and also offer white fragrant flowers.
Worship method -
According to beliefs, first of all the Gods, Goddesses, Ganas and Yoginis you have invited in the Kalash. Bathe them with milk, curd, ghee and honey. After that offer flowers, Akshat, Roli, sandalwood. Then keep betel leaves, betel nut and some Dakshina and donate it to the Pandit. Again chant the mantra again and again while praying with a flower in your hands.
Offer only red colored flowers to Mother Brahmacharini, wear a garland made of lotus and offer sugar. By doing this the mother soon becomes happy.
After this, worship Lord Shiva and then in the name of Lord Brahma, take water, flowers, Akshat etc. in your hands and place them on the ground while saying “Om Brahmane Namah”.shubham bhavatu.
