The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered an FIR in the Aqil Akhter murder case against father of the deceased (former DGP, Punjab), Mother(former PWD Minister, Punjab), Wife and Sister of the deceased. The FIR was registered on the allegations that Aqil Akhter son of Mohammad Mustafa, former DGP Punjab, and Razia Sultana, former PWD Minister, Punjab, and presently residing at Sector 4, near Mansa Devi Mandir, Panchkula, had died under suspicious circumstances on October 16,2025.
