BSP releases list of 53 candidates for UP Polls

The long awaited list of BSP candidates was announced on Friday in Lucknow. 53 candidates were included in the list for the fourth phase of UP polls. The party has nominated several new faces from different constituencies. The list has 16 Muslims, 5 Women and 7 Brahmins candidates.. The list has candidates for 9 districts- Pilibhit, Lakhimpur, Sitapur, Lucknow, Hardoi,Unnao, Rai Bareli, Banda and Fatehpur.  Devendra Singh, \witness of Unnao rape case has been given ticket from Unnao.

Elections in UP will begin on February 10, 2022.
