Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday sent a strong message to Pakistan, urging its people to reject terrorism or face severe consequences. Speaking at a rally in Bhuj, Gujarat, Modi referred to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, where 26 people, mostly tourists, lost their lives. He reportedly stated ,India waited 15 days for Pakistan to act against terrorists but saw no response. As a result, he gave the Indian armed forces a free hand to carry out Operation Sindoor, a military strike targeting terror camps and airbases in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Modi warned that India will not tolerate terrorism and those responsible will face a strong response. “Live in peace and eat your roti calmly, or be ready for Modi’s bullet,” he said, urging Pakistani youth to rise against their government’s support for terror. He made it clear that India’s fight is not with the people of Pakistan, but with those who fund and support terrorism.

लेकिन पाकिस्तान जैसा देश भी है, जो टेररिज्म को ही टूरिज्म मानता है और ये दुनिया के लिए बहुत बड़ा खतरा है।

He also spoke about Pakistan’s decline, comparing it with India’s rise as the world’s fourth-largest economy. Modi accused Pakistan’s rulers and military of using terrorism for profit, saying they have pushed the country’s future into darkness. He added that India’s response was precise and disciplined, destroying terror bases without harming civilians. Pakistan, he claimed, was forced to retreat after facing India’s strength.
During his visit to Bhuj, Modi also launched several development projects worth over Rs 53,400 crore, including green energy projects, port upgrades at Kandla, and major infrastructure work in roads and water supply. He said such a large investment in one district shows how far Gujarat has progressed. “Once unthinkable for Gujarat, now a reality for Kutch,” he said, underlining the transformation of the region. Recalling his long-standing bond with Kutch, Modi said the region’s courage and self-belief continue to inspire him.
