Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu and his cabinet colleagues offered prayers at the newly opened Shri Ram Janmbhoomi temple in Ayodhya on Tuesday, February 6,2024. The Chief Minister was accompanied by a delegation of 70 persons including ministers and officials.BJP leaders led by Cabinet Minister Surya Pratap Shahi welcomed the guests from Arunachal Pradesh.Khandu offered a portrait painting of Shri Ram drawn by local artist Gyamar Nanam Ji. The painting beautifully captures the divine aura of Shri Ram at Parshuram Kund, with the backdrop of Gori Chen mountain. Also presented Kalash filled with Parsuram Kund water; traditional Buddhist prayer bell, and Sankh. After the darshan, Chief Minister Khandu said that the temple has been constructed in Ayodhya after a long wait of five hundred years. This is a matter of happiness for the entire country. He said that the symbol of Arunachal Pradesh and the Arunachal Pradesh Bhawan will be built in Ayodhya. For this, a letter has been written to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
